Your Birth!

Its here! You are feeling the first twinges of labor, so what do you do?

• Whether you are sure its labor or not, call me! I want to be informed about where you are, how you are feeling, and what I can do!

• Whether you are laboring at home or going to a birth center or hospital, I will meet you where you are! 

• I will stay with you as you labor, providing emotional and physical support.

• I will help you understand any information from your provider so that you fully understand every aspect of your labor.

• I will advocate for you when your birth plan is not being followed unnecessarily. 

• I will stay with you and help you figure out how to confidently go into the unknown when your birth plan must be changed, while we discuss all of the options. 

• I will help you labor in a way that is comfortable through trying different positions/locations/methods. 

• Anything else you or your partner needs from me during this most exciting time.
