First Prenatal

So I'm your Doula! Ideally this first prenatal is around the 25 week mark. At this meeting you can expect the following points of discussion:

• What you learned at your childbirth education course/where to find one if you have not yet attended one.

• If applicable, what your last birth was like, what you want to keep the same, and what you would like to change.

• If you are a first time birther, what your expectations are surrounding birth.

• Any fears or concerns you might have, and how we can manage those.

• Set up a birth plan, or if you already have one, discuss how we can make it happen.

If this meeting occurs after the 30 week mark, we may go into more logistical topics as well.
